Blaine joined the RE/MAX in 2004 after retiring from the United States Navy, where he served over 21 years as a Cryptologic Technician. After retiring, he, his wife, and their two daughters chose to make the Kitsap Peninsula their home, drawn by their love for the Pacific Northwest.
His commitment to service, leadership, and giving back reflects both his military background and his dedication to the Kitsap community.

Kevin Hancock is a Mortgage Loan Officer and Certified Financial Planner™ from Poulsbo. He attended local schools – Pearson Elementary, Poulsbo Middle School, and North Kitsap High School. He is also a proud graduate of Washington State University, where he met his wife Erin, now a local teacher. Kevin and Erin moved back to Poulsbo in 2007 to raise their 2 sons. Kevin has spent many seasons coaching local youth sports, and volunteering with other community organizations including PTA, KBA, and Rotary. His hobbies include golf and boating.His commitment to service, leadership, and giving back reflects both his military background and his dedication to the Kitsap community.

Lee was born and raised in the Midwest. After high school Lee went into the US Navy and served for five years in the medical and dental corps. After the military Lee continued in the medical field until 2001 when he started his law enforcement career as a reserve officer and became a full-time commissioned officer in 2003. Lee came to Poulsbo Police Department in 2013. During his career he participated in patrol, traffic, hostage negotiations, instructing, detectives, and supervisory roles.
Lee and his wife Deborah have three amazing children and in his off time he enjoys the outdoors, photography and cooking.

Tasha Zetty is a proud Kitsap County native who has called Poulsbo home her entire life.
She launched her real estate career in 2002 and hit the ground running, quickly establishing herself as a hardworking, dedicated professional who always puts her clients' best interests first. Known for her expertise, enthusiasm, and commitment to education, Tasha sets herself apart with her deep industry knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills. Her drive and passion led her to become a Managing Broker, earning prestigious designations such as Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Tasha’s outstanding performance has also been recognized within the RE/MAX organization, where she has received numerous awards, including the Lifetime Achievement Award, Hall of Fame Award, Platinum Club, 100% Club, and Executive Club Awards. In the summer of 2019, Tasha decided to embark on an new adventure to open her own brokerage, RE/MAX Connect, on historic Front Street in Downtown Poulsbo. She is passionate about serving her community and is committed to helping both clients and agents achieve success in real estate. Tasha takes great pride in fostering a supportive, thriving brokerage where agents can grow their careers under the trusted RE/MAX brand. Beyond real estate, Tasha is deeply involved in her community and has served as the President of the Poulsbo Chamber of Commerce for the past two years. As a founding board member of the Poulsbo Police Foundation, Dalis supports the Foundation’s mission to enhance resources, training, and programs that positively impact public safety and community well-being.

Jeffery Timm is a uniformed police officer with the Poulsbo Police Department and serves on the Police Department Foundation Board of Directors. With frontline law enforcement experience, he brings a practical, service-driven perspective to the Foundation’s work. Jeffery is deeply committed to the Foundation’s mission, helping support officer well-being, professional development, and positive community engagement. While serving on the board, Jeffery's goal is to strengthening partnerships that benefit both law enforcement professionals and the community.
